Common questions
How do I join a practice?
Find it on Discover, or open the link someone sent you. Then RSVP as a lead, a follow or either. If your desired role is full, join the waitlist and you’ll be added automatically if a spot opens.
How do I host a practice?
Tap Create, fill in the details, and publish.
How do I report or block someone?
Tap a person’s name or photo on a practice page or in the comments, then tap Additional Options and choose “Block User” or “Report User”. To see or undo a block, tap your profile picture at the top right of the screen, then Additional Options › People You’ve Blocked.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, tap your profile picture at the top right of the screen, then Additional Options › Delete Account, and follow the steps. You can also email us at support@floorcraftapp.com, or follow the steps at floorcraftapp.com/account-deletion.
I didn’t get my sign-in code.
First, check your filters for unknown numbers or spam texts. Check that your phone number is correct and that your phone can receive texts, then tap Resend code. If it still doesn’t arrive, email us from the address on your account.
