This page describes the text messages Floorcraft sends, who gets them, and how to stop them. Floorcraft is a service of Antigrav Design Studio LLC.
Short version: if you RSVP to a practice with your phone number, Floorcraft texts you sign-in codes and up to 2 messages per practice date from its host. Reply STOP to stop.
Floorcraft sends two kinds of text, and only to people who have RSVPed to a practice with their mobile number:
Sign-in codes. A one-time code when you RSVP or sign back in. You ask for each one.
Host messages. Up to 2 messages per practice date from the host of a practice you RSVPed to, such as a room change or a parking note.
When you RSVP on a practice page without the app, the Join In! form asks for your name, an optional photo and your mobile number. Directly under the Claim Your Spot button it says:
“By claiming your spot, you agree to get texts from Floorcraft: sign-in codes, and up to 2 messages per practice date from its host. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Terms and Privacy Policy.” Your RSVP completes only after you enter the code we text you, which confirms the number is yours.
Message frequency varies with the practices you join: a code when you ask for one, and at most 2 host messages per practice date. Floorcraft does not charge for texts. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts from Floorcraft. Your RSVPs stay. Reply START to turn texts back on.
Reply HELP for help, or email support@floorcraftapp.com.
Hosts never see your phone number. We use it only for the texts above and to sign you back in. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
If we change what we text or how often, we will update this page first.
